What is this? I don't even know.

Didn't she do something like this in the show? I don't remember what episode or anything, but I've been trying to find a picture of it..

Its in dragonshy when pinkie is playing with her chicken. Its right when they reach the top of the mountain but before any of them enter the dragon cave.

I think her eyes need to divert more to the screen and a little less of that shaking of the hand.

Well, no. Just get rid of the whole shaking of the hand... her itching her chin, for lack of a better word, looks very fitting.

Speaking of which where did Pinkie even get the chicken from? Then again they did all have bags they brought with them...

I found an interesting fanfic about Pinkie sense once. Was submitted on EqD, a Twipie fic which generally don't interest me (it has grown on me now). How do you make stuff like this anyway? I am trying to learn about different types of animation for various personal projects I have on my mind constantly.

Explaining exactly how I make a sprite would take a lot of time. One of the many ways is basically shrink down a picture and make it look good small.
explanation of what I mean by that:[link]
Next determine what needs to move in the picture to get the motion you want. Use references like body and surrounding objects, videos etc. Then start drawing the transition frames making sure not to move the parts too far or else it will be kind of jerky looking. I usually use the marquee or lasso tool to move the main parts where I want them to be, then redraw so they are in the correct position ie did they need to rotate some, would they elongate, scrunch up? Continue on til you have your animation. Check the animation out. Look at different areas, even those that are not moving to see if they needed to, then the thing as a whole. If you are satisfied have someone else check it out and there you have your sprite. There's a lot more tips depending on the type of sprite you want to make but this is the basics of it. Pay attention to colors, how light would effect them. Read through a few spriting tutorials online and you'll find people go about the task in a few different ways. Try a few and find what works for you. Good luck and wish I could explain it better but it would probably take me writing a paper with some examples to make it better.

that sounds really complicated, but you do it so well! How long does it take you do do one like this?

Thanks. Its actually not too complicated. Its just that its easy to mess up and not realize it til you've done most of the work.

This animation took just under 3 hours.

Also thanks for all the comments. Its nice knowing what others think of my work.

I don't know what was stranger. The massive amount of text in the above paragraph or the fact I understood it. Thanks.
